fix(xai): AbortController timeout 240s + client stall watchdog
- xai.ts: AbortController with 240s hard timeout on fetch — if xAI hangs
the Lambda now throws a clean error instead of hanging until Vercel kills it,
which emits an SSE error event and shows the retry button
- matches: stall watchdog — if stuck at <80% for >90s, update the message
so the user knows the search is still running (not frozen)
